Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed—uphold top-notch hospitality.
• Ensure fast, accurate service and positive guest experience.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance.
• Train and develop crew, shift leads, and Apprentices.
• Direct team to deliver accurate, on-time digital orders.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, P&L, and sales forecasting.
• Keep dining room clean and restaurant guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety and compliance standards.
• Drive overall financial success: sales and cash flow.
• Work lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts to lead across hours.
