Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a General Manager in Mt. Pleasant. You will lead front-to-back operations, recruit and develop team members, and manage scheduling, P&L, and guest experience while maintaining food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of hospitality.
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience.
• Be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, and performance management.
• Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and Apprentices.
• Direct team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling, P&L control and monitoring, and sales forecasting.
• Maintain a clean dining room and guest-ready environment.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
• Drive overall financial success with annual sales and cash flow plans.
• Work a schedule that covers lunch, dinner, and weekends.
