Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a restaurant team, drive sales, control costs, and deliver an exceptional guest experience at a Chipotle location in the United States. You will hire, develop, and lead Crew and Shift Leaders, manage scheduling, and uphold Chipotle’s standards of hospitality.

You’ll be accountable for daily operations, financial performance, and compliance while delivering a top-tier guest experience across all hours of operation.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in restaurant or hospitality settings.
• Experience managing people, schedules, and performance.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality standards.
• Experience with P&L, budgeting, and operating metrics.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of hospitality.
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and a positive guest experience.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle including recruitment and performance management.
• Train and develop crew members and shift leaders using training tools.
• Direct team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including scheduling and forecasting.
• Maintain clean dining room and ensure guest readiness.
• Uphold food safety and compliance standards.
• Own overall financial performance including sales and cash flow.
• Schedule includes lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts.
