In this role you will manage scheduling, P&L, food safety, and recruiting, while mentoring crew and shift leaders. You’ll oversee digital orders and day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and guest-ready dining environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting.
• Guest-obsessed hospitality mindset and strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and team development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed and uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality.
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and a positive guest experience.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and performance management.
• Train and develop crew members and shift leaders using Chipotle training tools.
• Direct team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, P&L, and sales forecasting.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and food safety compliance.
• Drive overall financial success and meet annual sales and cash flow targets.
• Work shifts across lunch, dinner, and weekends to lead across hours.
