Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch hospitality standards.
• Ensure fast, accurate service and a positive guest experience.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and performance management across the restaurant.
• Train crew, shift leads, and apprentices using Chipotle’s training tools.
• Direct team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Lead daily operations, scheduling, P&L control, sales forecasting, and staffing.
• Keep dining room clean and restaurant guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety, operations, and compliance standards.
• Drive overall restaurant financial performance and annual sales targets.
• Provide leadership across lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts.
