Stand Out For Good, Inc. is a rapidly growing women’s fashion company with a mission to stand out for good. The Guest Lead plays a key role in delivering outstanding guest service, maintaining visuals, and coaching associates while ensuring store operations run smoothly.

Reporting to Store Leadership, this role emphasizes accountability, teamwork and adherence to the Code of Conduct, with opportunities for advancement and a strong commitment to giving back.

Qualifications

Must be at least 20 years of age.
Previous retail experience preferred.
Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.

Participates in walk-throughs, communicates successes and opportunities
Serves as leader on duty as needed
Adheres to organisational Code of Conduct

Position Overview

Reporting to Store Leadership, the Guest Lead plays an important role in delivering and directing the activities required to achieve store goals. These activities include providing exceptional guest service, maintaining compelling visual presentations, ongoing associate development and effective operational compliance.
