Job summary

Altar'd State in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking a Guest Lead to deliver an exceptional guest experience, maintain compelling visual presentations, and coach associates to embody the brand standards.

Reporting to Store Leadership, you will support daily operations, merchandising, window displays, opening/closing procedures and loss prevention. Must be at least 20, with prior retail experience preferred and the ability to lift 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently.
• May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.

Position Overview

Reporting to Store Leadership, the Guest Lead plays an important role in delivering and directing the activities required to achieve store goals. These activities include providing exceptional guest service, maintaining compelling visual presentations, ongoing associate development and effective operational compliance.
