Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Guest Lead in Pittsburgh to deliver exceptional guest experiences, coach store associates, and maintain compelling visual presentations.

The role reports to Store Leadership and supports achieving store goals through effective operations and teamwork. Ideal candidates bring prior retail experience, demonstrate leadership on the sales floor, and uphold the brand's values of community and giving back.

Qualifications

Must be at least 20 years of age.
Previous retail experience preferred.
Physical ability to perform tasks including prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and squatting.
May be required to climb ladders or stairs; must lift and carry 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional guest experience consistently.
Adhere to Altar'd State's guest service standards.
Coach associates on guest interactions and recognize good performance.
Lead by example, embrace feedback, and drive positive change.
Maintain a clean, presentable store environment; assist merchandising and displays.
Perform opening/closing procedures as directed by management.
Adhere to loss prevention policies and procedures.
Serve as leader on duty as needed.

Position Overview

Reporting to Store Leadership, the Guest Lead plays an important role in delivering and directing the activities required to achieve store goals. These activities include providing exceptional guest service, maintaining compelling visual presentations, ongoing associate development and effective operational compliance.

Primary Responsibilities

Qualifications

Must be at least 20 years of age. Previous retail experience preferred. Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and/or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
