Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Guest Lead to support store leadership in Farmington, UT. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience, upholding service standards, and leading team members to achieve store goals.

Reporting to Store Leadership, the Guest Lead coaches associates, maintains store presentation, and ensures compliance with policies while modeling respectful interaction and accountability throughout daily operations.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
