Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Guest Lead for Altar'd State in Bloomington, MN to deliver outstanding guest experiences, uphold brand standards, and drive store goals.

You will coach team members, lead opening/closing procedures, maintain visual displays, and partner with store leadership to ensure loss prevention and operational compliance. You are expected to model exceptional service, support contributions to a positive team environment, and help execute initiatives that reflect our

Qualifications

Must be at least 20 years old.
Previous retail experience preferred.
Physical ability to perform tasks including prolonged standing, frequent bending and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Position Overview

Reporting to Store Leadership, the Guest Lead plays an important role in delivering and directing the activities required to achieve store goals. These activities include providing exceptional guest service, maintaining compelling visual presentations, ongoing associate development and effective operational compliance.

Primary Responsibilities

Qualifications

Must be at least 20 years of age
Previous retail experience preferred
Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
