Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Guest Lead for our Pittsburgh area stores to drive exceptional guest experiences and maintain compelling visual presentations.

Reporting to Store Leadership, you will coach associates, ensure adherence to service standards, and support daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and loss prevention. This role also emphasizes teamwork and giving back to the community.

Qualifications

Must be at least 20 years old.
Previous retail experience preferred.
Physical ability to perform tasks, including standing, kneeling, lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Adhere to guest service standards.
Coach associates on guest interactions and recognize great performance.
Maintain a clean and presentable store environment.
Assist in merchandising and window displays.
Represent the brand by following dress and grooming standards.
Complete opening/closing procedures as directed by management.

Position Overview

Reporting to Store Leadership, the Guest Lead plays an important role in delivering and directing the activities required to achieve store goals. These activities include providing exceptional guest service, maintaining compelling visual presentations, ongoing associate development and effective operational compliance.

Qualifications

Must be at least 20 years of age. Previous retail experience preferred. Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and/or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
