Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. at Altar’d State in Richmond, VA is seeking a Guest Lead to deliver exceptional guest service, maintain compelling visual presentations, and support ongoing associate development and store operations.

Reporting to Store Leadership, the role emphasizes coaching, adhering to guest service standards, and leading by example to drive a positive team environment and compliant store execution.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous retail experience preferred.
Physical ability to stand, reach, bend and lift up to 30 pounds.

Position Overview

Reporting to Store Leadership, the Guest Lead plays an important role in delivering and directing the activities required to achieve store goals. These activities include providing exceptional guest service, maintaining compelling visual presentations, ongoing associate development and effective operational compliance.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous retail experience preferred. Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
