Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Guest Lead at Lynnhaven Mall in Virginia Beach, VA. This role reports to Store Leadership and drives key activities to meet store goals, including guest service, visual presentation, associate development and operational compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, kneeling and frequent movement.
• May be required to climb ladders and stairs depending on location.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly.

Position Overview

Reporting to Store Leadership, the Guest Lead plays an important role in delivering and directing the activities required to achieve store goals. These activities include providing exceptional guest service, maintaining compelling visual presentations, ongoing associate development and effective operational compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently.
• May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
