Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Guest Lead at our Tyson's Corner location in Tysons, VA. Reporting to Store Leadership, you will deliver exceptional guest service, maintain compelling visual presentations, and coach associates to meet store goals.

This role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and upholding brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment. The Guest Lead will participate in opening/closing procedures, adhere to loss prevention policies, and support merchandising efforts

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and/or squatting; lift and carry 30 pounds regularly.

Position Overview

Reporting to Store Leadership, the Guest Lead plays an important role in delivering and directing the activities required to achieve store goals. These activities include providing exceptional guest service, maintaining compelling visual presentations, ongoing associate development and effective operational compliance.

Primary Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
