Altar'd State is seeking a Guest Lead for our Winston-Salem, NC location. You will deliver exceptional guest service, maintain visual presentations, and coach team members to uphold brand standards.

Reporting to Store Leadership, you will drive store goals, participate in opening/closing procedures, and contribute to loss prevention and merchandising efforts while embodying our Stand Out For Good mission.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and squatting; may climb ladders and lift 30 pounds.

Position Overview

Reporting to Store Leadership, the Guest Lead plays an important role in delivering and directing the activities required to achieve store goals. These activities include providing exceptional guest service, maintaining compelling visual presentations, ongoing associate development and effective operational compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
