Job summary

Altar'd State in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Guest Lead to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain visual standards. Reporting to Store Leadership, you will coach associates, lead by example, and ensure smooth store operations.

This role requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and dedication to the brand values. The position offers $20 per hour base pay, along with paid volunteer time, PTO, an associate discount, a 401k with company match, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and climbing ladders as needed.

• Consistently delivers an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintains compelling visual presentations and store cleanliness.
• Coaches associates on guest interactions and performance.
• Acts as a positive role model and leads by example.
• Participates in opening/closing procedures and loss prevention policies.
