Job summary

SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) is seeking staff to support patient housing facilities and shuttle services in Juneau, Alaska. The role includes front-desk duties, coordinating transportation for guests to ferries, airports, and appointments, and maintaining room readiness and reservations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of general office or hospitality experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of Privacy Act of 1974 to protect patient confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, copy, fax, scan documents for departments.
• Provide guest/escort support and assist with vehicles, baggage, and tasks.
• Notify supervisor of issues and obtain supervisor approval for time off.
• Manage timecards bi-weekly and track supplies.
