Job summary

SEARHC is seeking a reliable frontline coordinator to support patient housing and shuttle services in Southeast Alaska. You will handle general office duties, assist with guest registrations, transportation scheduling, and room readiness while maintaining confidentiality and strong customer service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in office or hospitality roles, a current Alaska driver’s license, and the ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Alaska driver's license.
• 21 years of age or older preferred.
• 1–2 years of general office/hospitality experience or related work.

Responsibilities

• Answering telephone, copying, faxing and scanning information to departments.
• Assist guests with transportation and housing logistics.
• Maintain reservation and room status within housing system.
• Register guests and explain amenities, policies, and services.
• Communicate with supervisor about coverage, issues, and time-off requests.
• Restock office supplies and maintain accurate records.
