Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s is seeking team members to deliver fast, bold food and outstanding Guest service. You will participate in cross-training, support operations, and help promote Guest satisfaction in a high-energy, fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifying candidates should have Guest service or food preparation experience, maintain basic math skills, and be able to work flexible hours. High school diploma or GED preferred, with Food Safety Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Building sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction.
• Escalating concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Identifying and responding to Guests’ needs.
• Completing cross-training and certification in multiple positions.
• Adhering to policy and procedures to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction.
• Helping ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests!
