Checkers & Rally’s is hiring team members to deliver fast, bold food and outstanding guest service in a high-energy setting. You’ll help promote guest satisfaction, cross-train across positions, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards in a busy restaurant environment.

We value integrity, service, excellence, and courage to be bold and grow. Preferred candidates have a GED or high school diploma and may hold food safety certification; many benefits are available starting day one.

Formación

• Guest service or food preparation experience.
• Basic math skills and ability to work flexible hours.
• High energy to keep up with fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to integrity, service, excellence, and courage.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build sales and profits by promoting guest satisfaction.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Identify and respond to guests’ needs.
• Complete cross-training and certification in multiple positions.
• Adhere to policy and procedures to maximize guest and employee satisfaction.
• Help ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests.
