Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s is hiring Team Members to deliver exceptional Guest service and fast, bold food in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include promoting Guest satisfaction, assisting the General Manager with concerns, and cross-training in multiple positions. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and food safety certification is a plus. Employee benefits start accrue early and initial training is provided.

Qualifications

• Guest service or food preparation experience preferred.
• Basic math skills for transactions and changes.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Identify and respond to Guests’ needs and provide fast, bold food service.
• Complete cross-training and certification in multiple positions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment for guests and employees.
