Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s is seeking team members to deliver enthusiastic guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will promote guest satisfaction, cross-train in multiple roles, and help maintain a safe and clean restaurant.

The position requires a flexible schedule and high energy to keep up with busy shifts. Basic math skills and a commitment to our values are essential, with GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Guest service or food preparation experience.
• Basic math skills.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Building sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction
• Escalating any concerns or recommendations to the General Manager
• Identifying and responding to Guests’ needs
• Completing cross-training and certification in multiple positions
• Adhering to policy and procedures to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction
• Helping ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests!
