Job summary

Noodles & Company in Sioux Falls seeks a Team Member to join our friendly crew and deliver an engaging guest experience. You’ll be part of a fast-paced environment, greet guests, take orders, handle cash, learn the menu, and contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant.

You’ll work as part of a collaborative team, possibly handling cook, cashier, or server duties, while upholding appearance standards and smiling through busy shifts, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
• Take guests’ food orders and handle cash and credit transactions
• Follow operational policies including cash handling and safety procedures
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner
• Prepare food items including prep, noodles, salads, soups, sandwiches
• Check food quality and temperatures to ensure safety
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining room, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas
• Handle guest concerns and complaints
• Work as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shift
• Act with integrity and promote the company culture
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Contribute to a positive team environment
• Position may include cook, cashier and/or server responsibilities
• Adhere to appearance standards
