Noodles & Company is seeking a Team Member/Cook to join our Minot location. You’ll help provide guests with a great dining experience, work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, and contribute to a collaborative kitchen and dining area.

The role offers opportunities to learn, grow and be part of a friendly, diverse team committed to delivering quality noodles and dishes with pride and care.

Formación

• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome.
• Take guests’ food orders and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Follow Noodles & Company’s policies and safety procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Prepare food items including prep, noodles, salads, soups, sandwiches.
• Check food quality and temperatures to ensure freshness and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant areas.
• Address guest concerns and complaints.
• Work as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
