• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome.
• Take guests’ food orders and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Follow policies for cash handling and safety to ensure safety of all team members during each shift.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Prepare food items including prep, noodles, salads, soups, sandwiches.
• Check food quality and temperatures to ensure freshness and safety.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures including knife handling and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant including dining room, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints.
• Work as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
• Act with integrity and promote the culture of Noodles & Company.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• Position may include cook, cashier and/or server responsibilities.
• Adhere to appearance standards.
• Free Shift Meal.
