Job summary

Noodles & Company in Missoula is seeking a Team Member / Cook to join our friendly crew. You’ll help provide guests with an exceptional dining experience, assist with food preparation, and contribute to a collaborative kitchen and dining room environment.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with people who take food seriously and want to grow their careers in a fast-paced cafe-style setting. Eligible candidates should be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays and be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome.
• Take guests’ food orders and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Follow Noodles & Company’s policies, including cash handling and safety, to ensure team safety.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Prepare food items including prep, noodles, salads, soups, sandwiches.
• Check food quality and temperatures to ensure freshness and safety.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures for knife handling and equipment.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and setup/breakdown of dining room, restrooms, kitchen, and prep areas.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints.
• Work as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
