Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open/close side work and prep dining room, bar, and service stations.

• Use suggestive selling techniques to offer specials and desserts.
• Handle payments and balance guest checks with accurate cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, bar, and service areas.
• Restock items and alert kitchen staff to shortages.
• Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth service.
• Follow health department regulations and safety guidelines.
