Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a friendly Restaurant Food Server to deliver prompt, courteous service in a busy dining room. You will take orders, serve meals and beverages, and keep your station clean and organized throughout your shift.

You will greet guests, communicate with the kitchen, handle payments, and support teammates to create a positive dining experience. Prior serving experience is helpful but not required; great attitude matters most.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure correct presentation.
• Check back with guests and ensure satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and service areas.
• Assist with resetting tables and supporting teammates as needed.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams.
• Handle payment transactions and follow proper cash handling procedures.
