Job summary

Aubergine Kitchen in Draper, UT is seeking a Server for our Production Line — Small Location. You will set up, stock, and rotate the line using FIFO, portion and plate every dish to our standards, and follow dietary restrictions exactly.

Shifts include mornings and evenings, with Saturday work and weekends; Sundays closed. You will keep your station and dining area clean, restock supplies, assist with online orders, and help during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Strong English fluency required for this location; bilingual Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
• Friendly, guest-focused attitude; strong attention to detail; able to keep pace under pressure.
• 18+; prior restaurant experience a plus, not required.
• Completes Aubergine's onboarding program; Food Handler Certificate within 14 days of hire (company-supported).
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift/push/carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and rotate the production line (greens, proteins, sauces, toppings) using FIFO; flag low ingredients to prep immediately.
• Portion and plate every dish to Aubergine's consistency and presentation standards, following dietary restrictions exactly.
• Occasionally deliver dishes to guest tables with a friendly, attentive manner.
