Aubergine Kitchen in Park City, UT is hiring a full-time Server to join our guest-focused team. Starting pay is $17 per hour, with weekend shifts and a schedule that includes Saturdays and Mondays through Saturdays, closed Sundays.

As a Server, you will prepare and present dishes, assist with line setup, stock, and maintain cleanliness. You will complete Aubergine's onboarding and obtain a Food Handler Certificate within 14 days of hire, with company support.

Competenze

• Strong English fluency required for this location; bilingual Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Friendly, guest-focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Must be 18+; prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
• Onboarding completion; Food Handler Certificate within 14 days of hire (company-supported).
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Set up, stock, and rotate the production line using FIFO; flag low ingredients.
• Portion and plate dishes to Aubergine's standards, following dietary restrictions exactly.
• Occasionally deliver dishes to guest tables with a friendly manner.
• Keep station and dining area clean and sanitized; restock and assist with orders as needed.
• Pitch in during peak periods to support the team and guest experience.
