Job summary

AUBERGINE KITCHEN is seeking a part-time Server for our Production Line — Small Location in Las Vegas. This role supports daily service, maintains guest-ready stations, and follows FIFO for greens, proteins, sauces and toppings.

Candidates should have strong English, a friendly guest-facing attitude, and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs. Food Handler training is provided within 14 days of hire; weekend shifts are included.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; bilingual Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Friendly, guest-focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
• 18+; prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
• Completes Aubergine's onboarding program; Food Handler Certificate within 14 days of hire (company-supported).
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift/push/carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and rotate the production line using FIFO; flag low ingredients to prep immediately.
• Portion and plate every dish to Aubergine's consistency and presentation standards, following dietary restrictions exactly.
• Occasionally deliver dishes to guest tables with a friendly, attentive manner.
