Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to all guests with personal connections.
• Complete set up, side work, and closing duties.
• Know menu items and preparation methods; answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality/presentation.
• Promote teamwork and a friendly, safe work environment.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain neat, professional appearance as an ambassador.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
