Qualifications

• Out going and social personality with guest focus.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Experience in restaurant or customer service helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service to all guests with personal connections.
• Complete set up, side work, and closing duties.
• Know menu items, contents, prep methods, and garnishes to answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and beverage quality and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a safe work environment.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as an ambassador of the establishment.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality.
