P.F. Chang's is hiring immediate for full-time or part-time hourly restaurant dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses or Waiters. The position offers competitive pay and a path for advancement in a scratch-kitchen environment.

As a core team member, you will deliver exceptional hospitality, guide guests through menu selections, take and serve orders, and handle payments while maintaining seating flow and cleanliness. Training is provided, and benefits vary by hours worked.

Formación

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast‑paced, team‑work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
