The Third Floor, operated by Omakase Restaurant Group in San Francisco, is seeking a full-time Server. You will take orders and serve food to guests, enter orders into the POS, and ensure tables are served properly while delivering a smooth dining experience.

You must be a team player with a positive attitude, and you will work weekends and overtime as needed, handling payments accurately in a fast-paced environment. The role reports to the GM/AGM or Dining Room Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Food Handlers license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Take food and drink orders from guests accurately with a positive attitude.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner.
• Demonstrate menu knowledge and make recommendations.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address issues.
• Collect payments from tables using the POS system.
• Complete side work and other tasks as assigned by management.
• Deliver food to tables and assist wherever needed.
