Job summary

The Third Floor, operated by Omakase Restaurant Group in San Francisco, is seeking a full-time Server. You will take orders and serve food to guests, enter orders into the POS, and ensure tables are served properly while delivering a smooth dining experience.

You must be a team player with a positive attitude, and you will work weekends and overtime as needed, handling payments accurately in a fast-paced environment. The role reports to the GM/AGM or Dining Room Manager.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Summary

Server is responsible for taking orders and serving food to guests. Duties include taking food and drink orders, entering them into the POS system, ensuring that tables are served properly and collecting payments. In addition, servers will complete side works and projects assigned by management. Must be a team player with a positive attitude, and must adapt to the demands of the work environment.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders from guests accurately and with a positive attitude.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner.
• Knowledge of the menu, with ability to make suggestions.
• Check back with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Collect payments from tables.
