• 1 year of experience as a Server in a full service, fast paced restaurant
• Excellent customer service skills (friendly, relaxing demeanor, courteousness and quick service)
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and be a team player
• Ability to multi-task under pressure

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests to restaurant and introduce menu offerings
• Maintain knowledge of menu ingredients and communicate food allergies to kitchen staff
• Take food and drink orders accurately using POS system
• Upsell menu offerings whenever possible
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner and ensure they are enjoying a pleasant dining experience
• Take initiative to correct any mistakes or unsatisfactory guest experiences
• Accurately present guests checks and process payment in a timely manner
• Deliver food to tables and assist in additional tasks wherever needed
• Complete side work and other projects assigned by management
