Trapper’s Sushi Co. in Avondale, AZ is seeking a friendly Server who can deliver warm, efficient service in a fast-paced dining room. You will greet guests, explain menu options, take accurate orders, and coordinate with the kitchen and hosts to ensure timely, correct meals.

This role rewards reliability, teamwork, and attentiveness. A Food Handler Permit is required before first day; prior serving experience is appreciated but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in serving or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Must obtain a valid Food Handler's Permit/State Food Worker Card prior to first day.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol per state law.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with warmth and enthusiasm to create a memorable experience.
• Guide guests through the menu, answer questions on ingredients, allergens, and recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter into the POS system.
• Deliver orders in a timely manner with accuracy and presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs and manage special requests.
• Process payments and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain dining room and server stations cleanliness and organization.
• Communicate clearly with hosts, servers, and kitchen staff about orders and timing.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and escalate issues when needed.
• Assist with to-go order packaging when volume requires.
