Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

• Attention to detail when entering orders, quoting wait times, or processing payments.
• Must obtain a valid Food Handler's Permit/State Food Worker Card before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage waitlist, seating rotation, and table availability for smooth service flow.
• Answer phones and handle takeout orders with accuracy.
• Process payments and follow cash-handling procedures.
