WASTED GRAIN - OLD TOWN in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an energetic server to greet guests, take and deliver orders, and suggest menu items. You will use Aloha POS and support a fast-paced dining room while maintaining excellent guest relations.

The role requires evening and weekend availability, carrying out duties with a friendly attitude and strong multitasking skills to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Provide menus and make recommendations on food and beverage selections to enhance the dining experience.
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests and ensure their timely delivery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues promptly.
• Ensure proper table setup and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
