SPiN is seeking a hands-on server with food service experience to deliver prompt and courteous service to our guests. You will assist in menu questions, present selections, and ensure accurate order transmission to bar and kitchen while noting dietary restrictions.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, works well in a team, and adheres to hygiene and safety policies. Flexibility with schedules and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs are required to support a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of server experience in restaurant/hospitality venue.
• Superb customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Excellent problem solver and team player.
• Flexible with varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
• Able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodations.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service to guests and assist in patron food and beverage selection.
• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen while noting patron special requests and dietary restrictions.
• Serve orders and maintain table settings, replenish beverages and utensils, address guest requests promptly.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Process guest bills efficiently and accurately.
