Job summary

SPIN NY 23 is seeking a guest-focused restaurant team member to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment in New York. You will assist guests with menu choices, communicate orders to the bar and kitchen, and ensure courteous, prompt service.

The role requires excellent communication, a hands-on approach, and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations. Prior restaurant/hospitality experience is essential, with ability to lift up to 40lbs and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant/hospitality/entertainment venue
• Must have reasonable knowledge of food & beverage preparation and service
• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull food trays, carts, chairs and tables up to 40lbs

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to guests and assist in patron food and beverage selection, presenting menu and answering questions.
• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen identifying patron special requests and dietary restrictions.
• Serve orders and maintain table settings, replenish beverages and utensils, and respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
