Job summary

Suser Restaurant Group is seeking a friendly and energetic Server to deliver attentive, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. You will greet guests, guide them through menus, and ensure orders are taken and delivered accurately with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Michigan TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol per Michigan state law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, engaging personality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and promptly to establish a welcoming dining experience.
• Guide guests through the menu and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Accurately take and enter orders, communicate dietary needs to kitchen.
• Deliver food and beverages timely with accurate presentation.
• Upsell offerings to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
• Process payments accurately and securely.
