SPiN is looking for a Food Runner to support event services and ensure guests are served promptly and courteously. This hands-on role requires excellent communication and teamwork to uphold SPiN’s standards during catering and live events.

The position involves transporting food from kitchen to guest areas, assisting with setup and breakdown of stations, and coordinating with cooks and passers to maintain food presentation and quality while delivering a warm guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant/hospitality/entertainment venue.
• Superb customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem solver and team player.
• Flexible with varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Must have reasonable knowledge of food & beverage preparation and service.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull food trays, carts, chairs and tables up to 40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Transport food from kitchen to guest, upholding SPiN’s service standards.
• Assist in set-up and breakdown of event food stations.
• Assist and coordinate passed event food between cooks and passers so that food tastes and presents according to standards.
• Provide superior customer service to our guests.
