Qualifications

• Ability to recognize when a problem has occurred and communicate it to management.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage orders; check patrons' identification for alcohol as required.
• Explain menu items, take food orders, and suggest items.
• Submit food orders to the kitchen and serve meals.
• Maintain a pleasant dining experience and check on guests during their meals; handle checkout with accurate change.
• Perform clean-up duties after service and prepare for the next shift; keep tables clean and properly set.
• Stock service areas with supplies (coffee, food, tableware, linens).
• Report gratuities per company policy and law.
• Follow safety procedures and report issues to your manager.
