Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a friendly Restaurant Food Server to provide guests with prompt, courteous service and a positive dining experience in a fast-paced environment. You will take orders, deliver food and beverages, and maintain a well organized section during your shift.

You will greet guests, enter orders into the POS, deliver meals promptly, check back for satisfaction, and collaborate with teammates to ensure cleanliness and accuracy throughout service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure correct presentation
• Check back with guests and ensure satisfaction throughout the meal
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and service areas
• Assist with resetting tables and supporting teammates as needed
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams
• Handle payment transactions and follow proper cash handling procedures
