As a Server, you will greet guests, take orders, serve with Marcus standards, maintain a clean dining area, and collaborate with the kitchen and team.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience or customer service background encouraged.
• Friendly, reliable, team-oriented with strong communication.
• Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
• English proficiency (spoken and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Take orders accurately and enter them into POS.
• Serve food and drinks per Hilton and Marcus standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
• Maintain clean tables and dining areas.
• Communicate with team and kitchen for smooth service.
• Resolve guest concerns or escalate to supervisors.
• Support restaurant cleanliness and restocking.
