Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Present the menu, answer questions, and make suggestions on food and service.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and serve courses from kitchen and service bars.
• Garnish and decorate dishes before serving.
• Observe diners, respond to requests, and determine when the meal has ended.
• Total the bill and process payments.
• Clear and reset counters or tables after each course.
• Wrap silverware and complete other side work.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
