Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a courteous Restaurant Server for PM shift at the Houston North Marriott. You will take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction with accuracy and professional service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, inputting orders, serving, and adhering to liquor regulations. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
• Current Food Handler Card or in the process of certification.
• Valid TABC license required.
• Basic knowledge of English for customer interaction.
• Ability to recall menu items and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and explain specials.
• Record and input guest orders accurately into POS system.
• Deliver orders to guests and ensure satisfaction with service.
• Adhere to liquor regulations and safe service standards.
• Assist with related duties and support other restaurant staff.
