Job summary

Puttshack Columbus is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to support floor operations and help deliver a high-energy guest experience. You will assist the service team by bringing food and drinks to guests across dining room, bar, and golf areas, and you will help clean, sanitize, and reset tables and courses.

The schedule is flexible with venues open 11am–1am seven days a week; shifts typically range from 15 to 30 hours weekly depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Prior hospitality or food/beverage experience required.
• Able to obtain licenses/certifications as required by location.
• Strong guest service mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guests in dining room, bar, and golf areas.
• Assist service team to ensure timely service.
• Greet guests warmly and maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Clean, sanitize, and reset tables and workstations.
• Stock and maintain service stations.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
